By the Lake in Poland

We are off to Poland today my friends to take a tour of this home in Lasmiadach, very close to Lake Ulouki.

The stork returns to its nest once a year.

White in Norway

Far from yesterday's boisterous, colourful home, we shall tour a peaceful (as the basket in the sitting room clearly claims) house in Bodø, a town in Nordland county, Norway. It was among the final candidates in Boligpluss magazine competition for the most beautiful homes in 2011

House With the Painted Furniture

Today's tour, from Period Living, takes us to Pays de la Loire, in France. This home had been abandoned for over 50 years.
Warmth and lots of colour in every room.

Above the door a part of a balcony railing.






Milk pots are displayed in the kitchen. Each one bears the same colours of an item of furniture that has been painted.
















The owners paint and sell boxes like the one above.
