Could I ask you for a favour today? I'd like to know if the images are too large for your screen. Can you see the complete photographs or is the right side cut off? These pictures were huge (just the way I like them!) and I made them smaller to fit my screen but I'm not sure if they'll show up ok on other computers.
Thanks so much!
I'm just testing the size of this photograph. Here it is in its original size. Can you see the whole photograph? The same photograph but reduced in size is above this one. Thanks for your help!

Kifus,
ReplyDeleteThe images are great on my computer...they don't seem too large, in fact I like viewing larger photos but my site won't allow more than 450 x ??? so they are not huge. I like the cozy feel to this house...and of course, the doggie!
Karen
All beautiful and all looking great on my computer!
ReplyDeleteThanks mkp! Glad they look ok. Thanks for taking the time to let me know!
DeleteAmazing house! I come from Warmia and Mazury! It's my home! Thank You Kifus for sharing it. Poland is very beautiful.
ReplyDeleteKisses and huggs!
Kasia
Wow, Kasia, I didn't know you were from this part of Poland! I would have told you about this post! Glad you liked it and yes, Poland is beautiful indeed! It is definitely on my travel wish list!
DeleteOh, and pics size is okay for me. :)
ReplyDeletePics are perfect size for me too!
ReplyDeletePics fine, but to answer your question about the last one it doesn't show the sink to the right in the larger photo. But they all fir where they usually go, and nothing went off of the page. Lovely, cozy house, by the way. And lovely Bernese Mountain dog!
Mentira!! Gracias por tu ayuda, Claudia!
DeleteHello,
ReplyDeleteI love the the old table with the winegrapes.
And the size of your pics are perfet for my computer:)
I love also huge pics
Have a nice weekend
Jérôme
Approx. half the pictures have the right side cut off & half are o.k. I think it depends whether they were "Landscape" or "Portrait". Loved the house.
ReplyDeleteThanks Ali, your feedback has been very useful!
DeleteWow, at last something from my country - nice, isn't ? ;)
ReplyDeleteThanks Joly! I do my best to find homes from all over the world and I'm always thrilled to find lovely homes in other countries other than the usual. Sometimes I find it very hard to do but I won't give up! I'm sure I'll be posting more homes of your beautiful country!
DeleteI love the kitchen and dining room, they're soo middle age movie styled for me :)
ReplyDeleteThis is a place where I'd like to spend my vacation, oh yes! Don't know if I want to live here, not knowing anything about farming, but maybe they want a helping hand? I love the picture with the dog and the lady. It's the kind of dog I'd love to have as a companion. Speaking of finding houses around the world - wonderful idea! - would you be interested in posting here the house Prince Charles owns in Viscri, Transylvania, Romania (my native country)?

There may be more pictures and more articles about this house. I found it very interesting and charming.
As always, my thanks for sharing wonderful houses.
Doina
Thanks for the link Doina! It's a wonderful guest house and I'm sure I'll post it soon.
DeleteGlad you liked this home!
Yes, I do like this home and I'm eying the products from the jars and baskets! Natural, organic, I assume -mmmm!
DeleteI'm glad you found Viscri guest house charming and worthy to be posted. Also I want to thank you for the comment left on my blog. I did write some "thoughts" saved in draft, ready to be posted. But - you're not going to believe this - I am now in the process of renovating my bedroom/office! After seeing so many wonderful interiors here, I picked up some ideas that might fit my room and unleash my humble decorating skills. I need a clean, uncluttered place to function, not in the mess my room is now. By the next weekend I'll finish this work-in-progress-project and I'll have more peace of mind and time to sit down at my uncluttered workstation to write, which is something I really love to do. My balcony also needs some healthy doze of loving-tender-care, but with the rain and the cold now on the East Coast, I postponed the project. Then I'll send you a word that my blog received a new breath of life.
Now I'm off to read your new posts! At a first glance, the interiors look gorgeous.
Warm hugs and thanks for sharing.
Doina
Dear Doina, your words are truly uplifting because that is the meaning and whole point of my blog: to inspire you to do lovely things in your home! I'm so glad you've decided renovate your bedroom-office. Uncluttered spaces are so much more inspiring, especially when you have to write!
DeleteDo let me know when you update your blog!
Thanks Doina!
