Good morning my inspired readers! Hope you are all doing fine and enjoying this new weekend. A house in Drobak, Norway it is today. With French and Swedish furniture, raw wood, pastels and toile de jouy.
Love this style. What about you? All images from here. Photography by Silivie dos Santos
Thanks, Sabrina! Love them too! I find that a little toile de jouy here and there is delightful. However, I have seen rooms that have overdone the toile (on walls, furniture, curtains... everywhere!) and then it is very overpowering. I like it in small doses as in this room. Thanks for your comment, Sabrina, and a joyful weekend to you too!
Thank you so much for sweet words:) I love this post so romantic and light...I wonder you dont have twitter or facebook I can follow you by? If you want some romantic bedroom inspiration..check out my new post:) I wish you a great week.
Welcome to Inspiring Interiors! I'm Kifus and here you will find hundreds of house tours to inspire you. I enjoy looking at every detail in each photo. Sometimes I can copy an idea. Sometimes I just have to dream. I try to include every style. I hope they inspire you as much as they have inspired me.
Those toile de jouy covered chairs are to die for! Love this style! Happy weekend!

I love the fact that there are a lot of huge windows so the natural light can come in. Just beautiful! Happy weekend to you!
