No need to restrict hanging your plates indoors. Here are a few examples of how they look outside:

A wonderful Wednesday to you!
the red and white ones are pretty cool, as are the ones with cut-out decorations in the photo above! i also like the first one - it's very traditional spanish, i think - sends me right back to granada...
ReplyDeletethank you for commenting on my burglary post! i'm not very affected by the incident since the intruder didn't turn the studio upside down. i think it's much, much worse for people who have their homes and things destroyed by burglars.
You know, I always like the look of this effect but I much more enjoy using my plates and platters on a regular basis (yes, even the fancy ones) that I'd constantly have bare spots on the walls if I hung them up!
ReplyDeleteJust stopping by from SITS.
Impressive collection :) Very inspiring! I have been collecting blue and white plates and pottery for some time now and was looking for decorating ideas.
ReplyDeleteThanks so much for your comments! Hey Scraps your comment made me laugh! You are not supposed to use the plates that are on the wall!!
ReplyDeleteAroundmytable, you should take some pics of your displayed collection for us to see!
Happy Thursday!
